Stars, Premium, Gifts — in 5 seconds in your hands.

StarsPaymee is a service for buying Telegram Stars, Telegram Premium and Telegram Gifts in Uzbekistan. You order through the @StarsPaymee_bot Telegram bot or the Telegram Mini App: enter a username, pick a product, pay — and the order is delivered automatically in about 5 seconds.

Click, Payme, Paynet, Uzum, UzCard, HUMO and any Uzbek bank card — paid in UZS. No foreign card or crypto required.

No. In the “by username” flow no account login (password, SMS code) is needed — just the @username, and Premium activates automatically in 5 seconds. A separate “activation via account login” option is also available.

Telegram Stars cost 220 so‘m each by UzCard/HUMO card transfer (50 Stars for 11,000 so‘m) and 240 so‘m via Click, Payme, Uzum or Paynet (50 Stars for 12,000 so‘m). Telegram Premium: 3 months 159,900 so‘m, 6 months 216,000 so‘m, 12 months 388,000 so‘m, the same on every payment method (card, Click, Payme, Uzum, Paynet) — among the cheapest prices on the market.

In the bot’s gifts section you send a regular Telegram gift to yourself or a friend by @username — anonymously or with a note. A collectible (NFT) gift is bought in the NFT Market and transferred to your own Telegram account — this may not be instant.

When a friend who joined via your referral link makes a purchase, you earn a bonus. Bonuses can be used on your next orders.

StarsPaymee has run for over 1.5 years, with 4,000+ active users in Uzbekistan and 100,000+ completed orders. If an order is not delivered due to a technical issue, you get a full refund.

In the “by username” flow the order is delivered automatically in about 5 seconds: once payment is confirmed the system starts instantly — no operator, no queue. In rare high-load cases it may take a little longer, but the order still completes automatically.

Yes. If an order is not delivered due to a technical issue, the payment is refunded in full. Although Telegram Stars and Premium are usually a final sale, if the failure is on StarsPaymee’s side the money is returned — contact @StarsPaymeeSupport with your order ID.

In the “by username” flow Premium activates automatically in about 5 seconds after payment — no account login required. In the “activation via account login” flow it is activated officially through login.

The order is sent to the @username you enter, so double-check it before paying. If you made a mistake or the username changed recently, contact @StarsPaymeeSupport right away with your order ID and we’ll help.

The recipient can keep a regular Telegram gift in their profile or, in many cases, convert it into Stars. If a mistake happens before delivery, you can request a cancellation or swap via support.

App Store/Google Play prices include a store markup and require a foreign card. StarsPaymee works directly through local payment systems — UzCard, HUMO, Click, Payme, Paynet, Uzum — so it’s cheaper and more convenient for users in Uzbekistan.
